6 Simple Steps to Transformational Leadership

    G – Everyone has Gremlins (positive or negative) – chatter in the brain
    A – Everyone makes Assumptions which equal judging, and when you are judging you are not listening
    IInterpretation through the lens of your gremlins and assumptions creating stories or patterns of how you “show up”
    L – Everyone is working from Limiting beliefs from their lifetime
    〉Everyone has strengths and superpowers.  As leaders, you help distill their potential through discovery and coaching
  2. Make things easier – Delegate and engage support resources
    〉Introduce their resources and hold them accountable to participate
    〉Training/Prospecting/Strategy/Metrics
    〉Product/Process/Tools
  3. Bring out the best in the team by maximizing Team strengths
    〉Consider StrengthsFinder 2.0, MBTI, DISC or value assessment as an entire unit
    〉Recognition and team building or networking events
  4. Request Change and growth with guidance
    〉Why change messaging versus telling them what to do, have them tell you what to do
  5. Ask good discovery questions, don’t have all the answers
  6. Empower people to be accountable for success and failure
